Announced at the end of 2023 at Jump Festa in Japan, revealing the cover of volume 25 of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga. Many theories regarding the potential character who would appear on the cover had been debated. Well, the front cover reveals one of the main antagonists: Ryoumen Sukuna .
This one, officially called "Jingai Makyō Shinjuku Kessen" or in english "The Inhuman Confrontation of Makyo Shinjuku", was released in Japan on January 4, 2024. The volume has a total of 208 pages including colored pages and exclusive illustrations.
For the moment no english release has been communicated.
❥ My opinion: Being a very big fan of the character of Sukuna, I am delighted with this cover which I find magnificent! Whether it's the colors, the depiction of the character with his cursed fingers, makes the cover just as macabre as the character who illustrates it. Plus the illustrations are incredible! Made by the author himself, one represents my favorite fight of the entire series and the other Sukuna's beast form.
I just want to buy it! However, we will have to wait a few months before seeing it arrive in our region.
